UM2 heatbed power consumption

Hi

Good question

During heating to the desired temperature, it will be between 110 - 130 watts. After that, the energy consumption is reduced because it is reheated only in short intervals in order to maintain the desired temperature. Similarly, the hot-end works in intervals and requires a maximum of 35 - 40 watts.

The average energy consumption is therefore dependent on the ambient temperature, the desired temperature, and the total run time.

So I suspect that the total average power requirement of the machine at about 100 watts per hour 2.4 kilowatts per day, is located.

The heating bed and the hot end probably need more than two-thirds of the total demand.
