Das ist mir auch bereits vor ein paar Tagen geschehen. Ich fand keine schnelle Lösung und nicht mal mit einer Zange bekam ich das festsitzende Stück heraus. Nach mehreren Versuchen bekam ich mit der Zange nix mehr zu fassen und dann habe ich das Teil in die Tonne geworfen. Ich hatte aber auch Ersatz herumliegen.
Heute würde ich wohl den betreffenden Bereich des Teflon-Schlauchs in kochendes Wasser halten und mit einem Draht versuchen herauszuschieben. PLA ist ab 70 Grad flexibel genug um nachzugeben, bei ABS wird es wohl nicht so leicht gehen. Ein Versuch schadet dem Teflon-Schlauch jedenfalls nicht, der verträgt locker kochend heißes Wasser.
Wenn Du keinen passenden Draht hast, dann kannst Du auch PLA nachschieben, das sollte sich bei dieser niedrigen Temperatur eigentlich nicht so ohne weiteres festsetzen können.

Also einfach ein kleines Stück? Wenn ja würde ich einfach den Extruder aufheizen und neues Filament durchschieben.
