Flexible PLA on ultimaker 2 in general is a headache. You can improve its functionality using this mod: https://www.youmagine.com/designs/ultimaker-2-straight-tube-flexible-filament-spool-holder. I did not test your flexible material, but ninjaflex works great (I can make layers of 0.1mm height), so I think it should work with any flexible filament.
