Extruder problem

I have just assembled my first Ultimaker. Evenrything seems to work, except feeding the PLA. Even when I try to feed by hand (the PLA is going through the tube smoothly), I cannot get any material out of the extruder. With the feeder, a little PLA is coming out. What can I do about that?

I first installed Cura and did the firmware upgrade during the first start. The ultimaker is functioning with this software (see above). When I try ReplicatorG now, I get a message that it can't reset the RepRap... Does anybody have an idea how to solve this?

Thanks,

Alain Senechal
