Cancelled my order on 9/21, still no refund on 11/11

I canceled my order successfully on 9/21 (after call Netherland twice around 2am PST). But still no refund until 11/11. I've contacted Ultimaker multiple many many times. Zenalda's last reply to me was 10/24, and no response ever since.

I was expecting to wait about a month for my refund from other people's comment. But I'm started to worry since it's been a month and half. I'm really need the money back asap. Please please help!
