turning off UM2

What is the best way to turn off UM2?? leaving the material inside?? I have just buy a new nozzle and I want to keep it like new , thanks so much.

There shouldn't be a problem leaving the filament in there, with the exception of WoodFill, which I would recommend that you remove after you're done printing. Not because it will hurt anything sitting in there cold but because it's easy to forget the machine is heated up when you're fiddling with settings and WoodFill doesn't like being warm for long periods of time.
