Move material bug in 14.12

Hi guys,

I had some really strange crashes on my UM2 a while ago, when going to move material there appeared a white line in the display and it totally crashed,

is a video of how it looks like. I was told that this is not normal and installed the firmware again and the problem was gone. That was in September when I purchased my printer, support didn't answer my tickets yet. Maybe I'm not patient enough.

Anyways just after updating from 14.07 to 14.12 I have the problem that every time I cancel a print and then go to the advanced menu and select move material, it moves way slower and the sound is quiter or shorter.

is another video.

In the material options I have changed the flow rate to 122%, don't know if this is the reason.

One other thing I noticed but which was already present in 14.07 is that when I start a print and modify the extrusion multiplier in the tune menu has an effect on the change material option. So when I modify it to 150% and change material it pulls it out a lot more and pulls it in way too deep. That might be harmful to the hotend.

Just writing this to find out if I have a faulty mainboard or if this is simply the way it is. Because when I start a new print the extrusion multiplier settings are resetted, only the speed settings get saved, I think this is in 14.12 still the same.

So obviously the extrusion multiplier effects both options in 14.12 but didn't effect move material in 14.07. If this is not the case then I have a problem with my mainboard. Hope you guys can help me out since Support isn't answering my tickets for about 3 months about several issues and if the mainboard is my problem maybe this is the reason why everything else sucks a little bit. I have extrusion issues pretty much since I got it in September and am trying to find my way around to be able to print with reduced speed and tweaked settings
