For the last couple of days when I'm doing a print there is a faint grinding or could be a belt slipping. Not causing any printing issues but I want to take care of my machine.

I've included a video that you can watch. It only happens when moving from right to left and it happens in this video twice.

That is the sound of the Z step, the layer finished and the build plate is dropping down to start the next layer. It might be more noticeable when you are printing at larger layer heights because the screw rotating more.
