Cura kann das
Einfach Cura öffnen, und dann mit "file -> load model file" ein Bild öffnen.
Am besten die Bilder vorher in Grautönen abspeichern.

Du kannst das Modell danach auch abspeichern -> "file -> save model"

Übrigens: Das Bild oben kann noch besser aussehen. Wenn du das Bild spiegelst, dann hast du den selben Effekt auf der flachen Rückseite des Objekts (Glasplatte hilft, oder aber nach dem Drucken die Fläche schleifen).
Das Bild ist dann normalerweise unsichtbar, ausser wenn man es gegen das Licht hält.

Bei der kleinen Grösse des Objekts und der hohen Auflösung tippe ich darauf, dass dieses Objekt mit einem SLS Drucker gemacht wurde. Bei FDM-Druckern sieht man meistens die Schichten und Linien durch, und die Auflösung ist nicht ganz so gut.
