Hello

I am a novice Ultimaker user  and I have used the Ultimaker  only a short time.I have printed the 3D objects without a computer, I have been using the  Ulticontroller Control panel .When I put the 3d printer turned it on  or off  i heard the "dum DUM"

sound  and the light went on at the top

of the extruder, but then it immediately went out after a second or

two.after the thumping sound the steppers and the motors stopped working and the printer will turn off .  Even turning them back up while the power was on didn't work, then and waited for a couple of minutes.  After I turned it on they all started working. this problem is not always just random.Whether this failure to break the Ultimaker?,

please help

Ultimaker was not connected to a USB cable to the computer when the problem occurred.but when I connect my Ultimaker to USB cable to the computer ,Ultimaker fan starts up and the blue light at the extruder comes on even if the Ultimaker does not have a power cord attached

Ok, the one with a hole in it right? (older kits came without the hole seen on the photo)

And you also lifted the regulator as instructed? (this is the part which is most likely overheating)
