Moin moin zusammen,

Bin nun stolzer Besitzer eines Ultimaker Original.

Zwar bereits der Dritte den ich zusammengebaut habe , jedoch macht dieser ein paar Probleme.

Nachdem ich die neue Firmware aufgespielt und alle Checks habe durchlaufen lassen , möchte er natürlich auf seine Home Position fahren (in diesem fall hinten rechts?!)

Nur scheint er die End-Stops absolut zu Ignorieren und fährt dementsprechend gegen das Gehäuse und die Motoren springen.

Während des Checks hat er hingegen alle End-Stops korrekt erkannt.

Specs:

OS: Ubuntu

Cura Version: 15.02

Irgendjemand eine Idee ?

    Naja, die Endstops sind ja nicht alle in Reihe geschaltet, sondern jeweils separat.

    Beim Anfahren der Homeposition erwartet die Steuerung ein Unterbruch von left für X und front für Y.

    Stattdessen läuft bei dir der Head auf right für X und back für Y. Darauf wird nicht gewartet, also wird der Vorschub auch nicht gestoppt. Du kannst das testen, indem du mindestens left oder front während der Bewegung mit einem Schraubenzieher drückst.

    Die Frage ist, warum der Head falsch läuft.

    Erste Möglichkeit: Sind deine Motoren richtig verkabelt?

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface.
