  1. Goat Horns

    Last special order. 3d sculpting and 3d printing of goat horns in polypropylene. I chose this material because it's robust and lightweight. With only a 1.8mm shell, I have a weight of about 60gr for a single horn. A led system will illuminate the symbols.
     
    Print settings :

    Printer -> UM2 + Bloc Olsson + Bondtech
    Nozzle -> 0.6mm
    Material -> Centaur PP (polypropylene)
    Layerheight -> 200µm
    Shell -> 3 (1.8mm) + Top/Bottom 9 lignes (1.8mm)
    Infill -> 0%
    Temperature -> Nozzle 235° / Bed 30°
    Fan Speed -> 100%
    Speed -> 40mm/s and the 1st layer at 30mm/s
    Adhesion -> scotch
    Slicer -> Cura 3.6
    Supports -> 45° with 15% of density. I also activate the Support Interface

    Creation of a small box for a bed remote.

    Printed in Centaur PP from Formfutura.
     
    Specs :
    Printer : UM2 + bondtech feeder + Olsson Bloc
    Material : Centaur PP (polypropylène) de Formfutura
    Nozzle : 0.6mm
    Layer Height : 300microns
    Speed : 40mm/s
    Wall : 2mm
    Supports : Everywhere at 50° and 20%
    Fan Speed : 100%
    Printing Time : 3h10

    I used brown PP scotch for the bed adhesion.

    Hi everyone
    the sun is finally back, and i sculpted asian style clouds (I miss clouds ^^)

    Machine : UM2, bondtech feeder, Olsson bloc
    Nozzle : 1mm
    Walls : 3
    Layerheight : 200µm
    Infill : 0%
    Speed : 45mm/s
    Fan speed : 100%
    Temperature : 200° / 60°
    Bed adhesion : Supports + Brim
     
    Filament used : Colorfabb / Formfutura / SOVB3D / Biofila by Two Bears

  4. Cloud

    Here is a small cloud I sculpted inside ZBrush last week ;)
     
    some informations about the print :
     
    Printer : UM2 + Olsson Block + Bondtech Feeder
    Nozzle : 0.6mm
    LayerHeight : 200µm
    Wall : 3 (1.8mm)
    Top/Bottom : 6 layers (1.2mm)
    Infill : 15%
    Temp : Nozzle -> 200° / Bed -> 60°
    Speed : 55mm/s (1st layer at 35mm/s)
    Printed with the tip in the air
    Supports : 50° / 15% in density
     
    Total printing : almost 1h
     
    Concerning the sanding process, I started with a grain at 180 and then after 400 to finish at 600 (personally I do not go down in grain it's already quite smooth in 600 :)
     
    I also made a Time Lapse of the sculpting

    I am happy to present you a personalized teddy that I realized from A to Z and printed in ngen
    Modeled in ZBrush and printed with UM2 with Colorfabb ngen Blue.
    The teddy is in one only piece!! 72h of 3d print just for the teddy ^_^

    The original pieces was not suitable due to the external insulation of the house.
    So I enlarged the pieces and producing a small series.
    I installed the feeder of Bondtech and I put 2 times less than expected.

    The design is basically a custom stamp for their wedding by Mydearpaper and modeling of an other friend.

    Here is a Train I made for a Birth Gift.
    78 pieces were printed.
    Here the filaments I used:
    Formfutura - 3D printer filaments EasyWooD Coconut ( 7pièces ) , Olive ( 8 pieces) , Ebony ( 49 pieces ) and Colorfabb ngen Silver Metallic ( 14 pieces).
    Modeling with Pixologic ZBrush 4R7 and the ZModeler
    Printing details:
    Slicing with Cura
    Ultimaker UM2 + Olssen Block
    EasyWooD : 1mm nozzle , layer height 0.1mm , speed 30mm/s Filling 100 %
    Ngen : Nozzle 0.4mm , 0.1mm layer height , speed 40mm/s , filling 100%
