Problem was with a chassis of an railroad model locomotive 18 cm long.
At one end printed part raised from buildplate.

It is about first few layers when printing.
For example if the print will start rise from the bed.
It did happened to me and i cancel the print saving 5 hours.

At this time, Palette would work with the Ultimaker 3 if it is modified to accept 1.75 mm filament.
Also, please note that although the Ultimaker 3 is a dual extrusion print head,
Palette will only print using the primary print head.
That was the response from Pallete makers on my email regarding possibility of conecting my Ultimaker 3
to their device.

Ultimaker PC Cura 2.5 beta default profile 0.1 layer
In Cura selected Print core AA material - Ultimaker - PC - White PC
On printer - Material 1 - selected - PC. (Firmware 3.6)
Smal ring 1.1mm thick
Big Ring 2mm thick
Seems that printer did not finish small ring accurate at the end.

Not bad for draft print with nylon.

Ultimaker Transparent Nylon.
Cura 2.5 draft 0.2 profile recommended .
First attempt was with hairspray but after few layers the print was raising off the build plate on the extremity.
Then i used the glue stick from my UM3 and everything is ok.
Printing a box cover 11 x 6 x 5 cm.(wall 1.5mm)
Bottom already printed.

Some lines of support will remain between PLA layers.
0.2 profile recommended 20% support

Purge at start is firmware or software ?
Make the same routine for BB core as the one for AA core.
That is like Achilles heel.

BB core (PVA)
Before print purge.
Make the bubble, lift off, wait, make a second bubble and go to print area.
PLEASE, after making the first bubble and lift off don't wait anymore...
go to print area.
Model move on build plate.
It seams that BB core don't know where the model is.
Making support outside the model. ???? (0.1 profile, recommended settings)
Tested not moved model.
Something wrong with support on this profile.
Some of the support printed outside model ???

I know is difficult, but a system that could move the build plate left or right will win a lot of build area.
That will compensate the position of print cores.

Exception:
TypeError: unable to convert a C++ 'QVector3D' instance to a Python object
It happened when item select on the buildplate
(only if "Center camera when item is selected" is cecked)

No problem with AA core.
The purge make a big bubble to the buildplate then rise and everything ok.
BUT...
BB core make a bubble then rise a bit and wait too much and another bubble is growing and stick to the nozzle then is carried out to the print zone.
I think that for BB core rising a little bit will be an option ?

When printing is ok, the corner of the buildplate you see in camera view is not moving. But when something is going wrong wou will see a movement up and down because the printhead is pushing on the print.

For me an useful role of camera.
When something is wrong the build plate is moving up and down.

Playing with : flow %, line widht, wall thickness.

Manual leveling only one time.
Because print cores are heated up before autoleveling, sometimes small pieces of filament are dropping out of nozzle causing that error.
I have Ultimaker 3 Cura 2.4

Railroad model HO scale.
printed in 0.060 profile.
But for other small details a smaller profile is needed.
Can the UM3 print Polycarbonate?
