  1. Hi MariMakes Yes that was exactly the right answer. Thank you very much. It must have been removed when I upgraded from 5.2 to 5.2.1 as it was working with 5.2. When I installed 5.2 the plugin came across from the previous version 5 (and from 4 to 5), so I would have expected it to transfer to 5.2.1. Anyway got it back.Again many thanks. WartyNZ
  2. In the latest version 5.2.1 I have noticed that when you hover of a tool function in the Print Settings that the graphics in the popups have been removed and ONLY the text shows. I found that the graphics where very helpful to explain what the text means. Why was this removed? Can it be re-instated. I know that I can go to the website for "Print Settings in Cura Support" and this shows them, but it is more convenient to view from within CURA when adjusting settings. This is especially true for newbies (like me) who have difficulty in remembering what each setting does.
  3. Hi, I am new to 3D printing (4 months). I have a stock standard Ender3 Pro printer and am using Cura 4.13.1 slicer. I am having problems printing human forms, with the arms moving during printing (see photos attached) This figure is approx 148mm high (1/12 scale for doll houses). It happens differently each time but most have at least one fault. The attached is the worst today. I can not see any movement of the printer during printing. Can any one provide help and suggestions as to how to fix. Would be really appreciated. Have also attached the gcode for the print. Have use tree support and a custom support mid height under the arms to help provide extra support. Male of Family 1650%.gcode
  4. I have recently updated Ultimaker Cura to 4.13.0 and when I open Cura I get a message as below. I deleted the Blender Plugin, restarted Cura, re-installed the CuraBlenderPlugin, restarted Cura and still get the same error. Is the CuraBlenderPlugin NOT compatible with Cura 4.13.0. It worked perfectly on the previous version of Cura?
  5. Hi I am very new to 3D printing and have been only using Cura 4.11.0 on a Mac running macOS Mojava 10.14.6. for two days. I would like to enlarge and view the objects, but when I enlarge the screen view to look closer at the object (using the standard two finger scroll on touchpad) I can not then scroll up or down the screen to view the object. The base plate stays at the bottom and disappears off the bottom of the screen and I can only see the top of the the object (unless I have enlarged the screen so much that the object disappears completely off the bottom. (see attached). Is there a function that will allow this? I can find anything. Most programs have scroll bars an the side and bottom of the screen to allow this, but Cura does not seem too. I would appreciate any comments or help. Thanks
  6. Hi Smithy I am VERY MUCH a beginner. Have just purchased my 1st printer and it has not even arrived yet (this week if all goes well). I have downloaded and installed Cura and was looking for a manual myself, but could not find one and having read the first couple of comments of this post, decided that as I had copied the various files into MS Word it would be an idea to print as a PDF and post for others. I also find to easier to read and flip through a printed manual than a web based help files. I can have printed pages while using the computer without flipping back and forth.
  7. Hi Have copied and pasted all the individual files from Ultimaker website for Cura. See attached. Hopes this helps every one who wants a PDF manual. CURA Slicing Program Manual.pdf
