  1. Must be certain types of drivers or something. Its reported and confirmed to be a dual monitor issue. I have Nvidia so maybe its that. Could be to do with the Nvidia overlay or something. Either way, the second i disabled my second screen, it opened with no crash what so ever. Other people on Gitthub reported the same issue. Everyone of them had 2 screens. Disabled one, worked and no crash on startup.
  2. Seems its a reported bug. If you have more than 1 monitor it doesn't work for anyone. Seems whoever did the testing for it never tried more than 1 screen. Disabled my second monitor, and it works.
  3. I was super excited to use Cura 5.0 but clearly it wasn't ready for release. I never could get Beta to work and now the full release has the same, unfixed, bugs. First time, i tried starting it, splash logo, white screen and immediate crash and total freeze. Uninstalled every version, wiped out the AppDate Cura folder, all profiles, materials, backups every hint of all versions. Started perfectly, setup the ocotoprint plugin, did a test print, print finished, immediate freeze. Rebooted, immediate white screen freeze exactly like before. Nothing to do with plugins and those didnt exist the first time around. Log seems to just stop at shaders and gives no error data. Someone on reddit suggested an Nvidia shader issue but i dont see how thats possible when it started after removing all AppData for Cura and it worked once and never again. So what the heck do i do now?
  4. Clearly you didnt test it very well because its utterly broken form some people. Wont even start the damn program.
