I want to make a geometry that looks like the 3rd image with a single layer if this makes sense.

Hi all, I need to print just one layer of this kind of fibrous network in 3d printer. (1st image) I was trying to slice it using cura, but I cn't seem to find a setting where they talk about opened mesh. is there any settings that you guys suggest in order to print something like this? or do I need to change the mesh file to something else? Thanks in advance!
