  1. It could be the PCB or a bad front fan. Check the front fan wire and make sure it is not damaged. Unplug the front fan from the back of the print head and run the test three more times. You need a new fan if the noise levels return to normal (under 8). If they stay high, you will likely need a new printhead PCB.
  2. You should be good cleaning the panels with isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber cloth.
  3. Have you tried reseating it? If that didn't work, try cleaning the print core contacts and print head PCB contacts with a cotton swab and isopropyl alcohol.
  4. It might not be the nozzle offset that is the issue here. What materials are you printing with? What don't you like about the print?
  5. You don't really measure the offset like that. Have you tried this method of XY calibration? XY calibration on S series printers (ultimaker.com)
  6. What firmware are you running? The reason I ask is because that error has been phased out. So I recommend updating your firmware. Take a look at this article ER56 - Printer feeder filament pickup unsuccessful (ultimaker.com) Now that probably won't resolve the main issue but it may throw a new error code. I don't see PVA in your material station but have you printed with PVA before? It likes to break in the decouplers sometimes. In this article, you will see a diagram. Is your decoupler extended or not extended? The material failed to load wizard (ultimaker.com)
