The Olsson blocks are made for the UM2. In a way they're a version of the block you have on your UMO in that the nozzle can be unscrewed from the main block rather than having the nozzle and heaterblock be a single piece.

But for you it will not offer any advantage and you'd have to modify things quite a bit to make it fit and work in the first place.
The standard 0.4mm nozzle is a great middle ground between ultra fine detail and raw through put. Having more nozzles to choose from means you can go for high detail with a 0.25mm nozzle or, at the other end of the scale, print much faster with a 0.8mm nozzle.
