Howdy

I've got a lot of help out of the forums and internet in how to fine tune print settings. I thought I'd do a short video of my current set up to help others hopefully

Hope someone finds it of use

neat idea, thanks of posting. I might try this this winter, I usually have more issues during the cold months.

I ended up just running with the sides - no top. Found this a good compromise. Running with the top on made it get too warm. You could see the guide rails getting heat coloring from continual movement.

I was thinking of insulating around + underneath the heated bed. Surely it must loose a lot of heat from underneath. (Waste)

Through this post I would like to further explain what we are doing, and what you could be doing.
Our efforts consist of 2 layers. First; connect medical institutions and hospitals to (local) 3D Printing hubs to help them print parts of which a 3D model already exists. And second, contribute to design the necessary part and then have it printed via a (local) 3D printing hub. Experts are available from within Ultimaker and from within our network of 3D printing experts.
