I finally finished the upgrade of my UM2 (all 3Dsolex upgrades, thanks DidierKlein for the quick service!).

But after my complete installation, I found this small ring on the glass platform.

Anybody who has an idea where this ring goes and if it's important to disassemble my UM2 again for this? :s

    Hey, this fits on to the original nozzle between the nozzle and fan shroud and stops any melted plastic going up in between.

    If you have installed the olsson block then its not needed anymore.

        New features
         
        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
