Upgrade Ultimaker 2 Extended to 2 Extended +

Hello there, i just bought one week bevor the U2E+ was released an U2E. So my question is if it

1. is an idea to upgrade the printer

2. and if yes is it posible to do it on your own with an upgrade kit?

Hi,

As far as I know there will be a +kit available soon and you can do it by yourself (it would be pretty ironic if Ultimaker known for its commitment to its users would require them to have the printer sent in to do the upgrade...).

Well, so far UM only announced an upgrade kit but didn't explicitely say it can be mounted by the user in all cases (what happened to the discussions about CE conformity?). And even when Ultimaker promise something we all know it does not always come true...
