I have something kind of weird in mind that requires me to keep the bed 60-90C for a few hours after a print is done. Is this possible? Can it be done from within cura?

You can save the gcode, then open it in txt editor.

At the end of the gcode just insert the heat bed command ( I think it M104 )

You could try a small print and see if it works.

In case of an um2 you may need to use reprap g-code iso the default ulti g-code to overrule the start and end sequence. You set this in machine settings in cura. This will require you to add the start and ens g-code in cura.

Or if you use simplify3d you already do this.
