printer z axis has a different scale

So I recently installed the new heater bed on the ultimaker original. I tried to print something but everything comes out really stretched, so after measuring I concluded that: when I move the tabel 10mm it moves in reality 27mm. I installed the right firmware followed all the steps. does anyone have an idea how to fix this? thanks.

You need to update your firmware. The steps per mm for the Z direction is different.
