I might have understood you incorrectly, but you asked for skipping the infill for bottom/top layer and the solution i gave you is how you do that.

that print to fill every "n" layer. so for example, I can print 0.1 but infill 0.2 it's ok?
it works with bottn and top layer also?
Is that plugin compatibile with cura 15.04.x ?
is it possibile to view a preview result?, because in preview if I use tha plugin the preview layer don't change

You could just set the infill to 0% (and top/bottom thickness to 0 as well)
