is this caused from vibrations?

Print Speed(mm/s) 35

Also print is tuned to go 90% of that

I found reducing the speed percentage makes it worse.

Cura 1.99 allows you to select different positions for z scar.

Also if you set the travel speed to 250mm/s helps also not having the acceleration to low.
