ultimaker 2 feeder problem

Hi there,

I have got a problem for my ultimaker 2, I used it for over 6 months, this is my fist time to have following problem:

The feeder turns anti clockwise when I inset material, actually the feeder is fine when remove material, as it turns anti clockwise as well.

So feeder is now only turn anti clockwise, please help~

We actually print successfully last Saturday, but suddenly happen this problem this morning.

Did you recently install new firmware?

I would recommend to go to Cura, doublecheck you have the Ultimaker 2 selected, not Ultimaker 2+, and install default firmware.

Maybe that would help.

Thanks for your reply, but I did not install new firmware recently, all prints only save in SD card and printer is not connect to PC, so SD card will install new firmware automatically? is there anything that affect the feeder as well?
