Hello, I would like to know if wit the latest Cura software it is posible to print a piece as wireframe,

I could send the file in stl or dwg format

Hey Alberto,

with the latest stable Cura version (15.04.4) it is not possible to print the object as wireframe.

But with the latest beta version (wich is in internal testing phase right now), this is possible. So I guess it won't take long and you will be able to print the wireframe.

No there is another Beta version that's not public yet. I don't know when it will be released though.

Note that 15.06.03 (and the newer-but-still-old 15.10 beta) also has the wireprinting functionality, and though much has improved during the past months the wireprinting functionality hasn't. The wireprint settings need to be made visible in the preferences (settings, all the way at the bottom).

In short: if you want to try wireprinting, download 15.10. If you don't feel like using unfinished software, wait for a public release of 2.1

New beta is now online.

Wireprinting is a bit buggy. though.

When you encounter underextrusion, try setting the flow on your printer to 638%

The tip for the high "WP Flow" is especially true if you don't have a UM2(+).

Also you may have to increase the "WP Nozzle Clearance" to something a bit higher since the UM2 nozzles are a bit pointier than the UMO nozzles.
