Posted · SOS - cant unglue my print form glass plate

Hi, so strange here.... this problem i had never....

but todays print is finished, the glass plate is since hours cold, and the brim + print so so solid on the glass plate, that i cant lose it....

ok i can use a scraper but i dont want to make scratches in the new glass....

any tipp?

    If it's at room temperature put it inside the fridge.

    That happened to me also with a new glass bed. For the next 10-20 prints, use the glass at 55. It will loose adhesion overtime and will become 'normal'.

    Well me glass did loose adhesion after a year and without much care. For tight adhesion I use windowcleaner with a little tinny bit of hairspray. But it won't come out until 28-32C on an old glass, and I almost break a new glass doing this. So it's a matter of finding your spot.

    this tipp was great, over night it was in the fridge and in the morning it was lose :)
