filament that becomes soft when heated up in water?

Hey i remember seeing a filament that prints solid, but when heated in water becomes flexible and will keep its new shape once cooled, anyone know of this? i tried googling it but couldnt find it.

i found makerbot produces a filament like this, does any other manufacturer make a filament like this?

Yep! What you describe is basically what you can do with any pla....

Indeed put some PLA in hot water (80°c) and you can bend it and it will stay in the new shape when it cools
