Heute beim Umbau auf den Olsenblock ist mit das Heizelement kaputt gegangen und wohl auch der Temperaturfühler.

Wie genau heißen denn diese Teile, bzw. welche Spezifikationen haben die?

    Die originale Heizpatrone finde ich bei igo3d nicht evnt. mal anschreiben. (hier die von 3dsolex Ultimaker 2 Ersatzteil 25 Watt Heater)

    Temperatur Sensor für Ultimaker 2 und Ultimaker Original +

    Aber ich empfehle dir gleich eine 35Watt Patrone zu kaufen, der UM2+ hatt jetzt auch 35Watt.

    nach kurzer suche:

    Heizpatrone für Ultimaker 2

    Das wird aber noch die alte 25Watt Patrone sein. Keine Angaben

    PT100 B Sensor für Ultimaker 2

    Fast das doppelte und dann nur eine 25 Watt Heizung

    Bei Conrad bin ich jetzt wohl auch fündig geworden.

    Wenn ich morgen den Temperatursensor bei Conrad bekommen sollte, dann könnte ich am Wochenende weiterdrucken.

    Die 35 Watt Version kann ich dann vielleicht als zukünftiges Ersatzteil vorliegen haben.

    Sensor hat Ø3

    Heizer hat Ø4

    Wo kommst du den so ca. her habe daheim meine 25Watt Heizung rumliegen

    Ich sitze bei Bremen. Heizung habe ich selber, war als Ersatz beim UM2 schon dabei. Nur der Temperaturfühler fehlt mir.

    Das kenne ich :):) ist schon manchmal wie eine Sucht.

     

    Ich sitze bei Bremen.

    Da kann ich dir leider nicht aushelfen

    Habe jetzt auch schon einige Ersatzteile Daheim liegen, sicherheitshalber

     

    Nur der Temperaturfühler fehlt mir.

    ist da das Kabel ab oder vielleicht könnte man das Ding noch retten

    Da dürfte nix mehr zu retten sein, auch weil noch ein Teil im Hotend drinne steckt. :(

    Habe meine ganz rausgebracht.

    Nach 2 Std. hin und her, außer Verbrannte finger, habe ich meine ganz rausgebracht. Hatte mir aber auch gleich Ersatzteile mit bestellt weil ich hier schon einiges in Forum gelesen hatte.

    Und ich habe gerade bemerkt warum das kaput gegangen ist.

    Habe vergessen die Madenschraube rauszunehmen. Dabei hatte ich vor einiger Zeit mal ne Trockenübung gemacht, um zu sehen wie man das demontiert. :(

    Hab gekauft. Gut das ich beides mitgenommen habe. Ich dachte immer es wäre ein Heizelement als Ersatzteil beim Drucker dabei gewesen. Hätte ich nur den Termosensor mitgenommen, dann hätte ich zuhause heute dumm aus der Wäsche geschaut mit zwei Termosensoren. :D

    Die Düse vom Olsenblock schaut 5mm weiter raus. Da müßte doch nur Tischkalibrieren ausreichen oder muß man das noch woanders in den Parameter einstellen?

    Die Tischkalibrierung reicht aus.

    Du musst nur die Fans etwas anders Timen, weil die Düse weiter raus schaut ist sie auch mehr in Luftstrom. Wenn Temperatur unter 10C fählt kommt der Heater error.

        The UltiMaker S7 is built on the success of the UltiMaker S5 and its design decisions were heavily based on feedback from customers.
         
         
        So what’s new?
        The obvious change is the S7’s height. It now includes an integrated Air Manager. This filters the exhaust air of every print and also improves build temperature stability. To further enclose the build chamber the S7 only has one magnetically latched door.
         
        The build stack has also been completely redesigned. A PEI-coated flexible steel build plate makes a big difference to productivity. Not only do you not need tools to pop a printed part off. But we also don’t recommend using or adhesion structures for UltiMaker materials (except PC, because...it’s PC). Along with that, 4 pins and 25 magnets make it easy to replace the flex plate perfectly – even with one hand.
         
        The re-engineered print head has an inductive sensor which reduces noise when probing the build plate. This effectively makes it much harder to not achieve a perfect first layer, improving overall print success. We also reversed the front fan direction (fewer plastic hairs, less maintenance), made the print core door magnets stronger, and add a sensor that helps avoid flooding.
         

         
        The UltiMaker S7 also includes quality of life improvements:
        Reliable bed tilt compensation (no more thumbscrews) 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi A 1080p camera (mounted higher for a better view) Compatibility with 280+ Marketplace materials Compatibility with S5 project files (no reslicing needed) And a whole lot more
