Hallo, ich wollte heute nach vielen Versuchen auch einmal eine Hilfestellung geben und mein Wissen euch teilen.

Ich habe nun drei verschiedene Kleber versucht.

Alle drei kleben die PLA Stücke zusammen.

Pattex Modellbau Plastic

ACRIFIX Klebstoff

Alle Klebstoffe schmelzen ganz leicht das PLA an, so dass eine sehr starke Verbindung entsteht.

Wenn man nun zwei Zangen nimmt und mit viel Gewalt die Teile auseinander drückt, gelingt dies nur mit viel Kraft bei dem Pattex Modellbau Plastic und ACRIFIX Klebstoff.

Der UHU ist nicht mehr auseinander zu bekommen. Hierbei müsste man nun einen Hammer nehmen und ihn auseinander schlagen.

Ich werde nun bei meinen zusammenbauen nur noch den UHU verwenden.

Hiermit wollte ich eine kleine Hilfestellung geben, wenn wieder Fragen aufkommen. Gerne könnt ihr auch eure Erfahrungen posten. Viele Grüße.

    Kannst du das beobachten? Ich hab mir Acrifix 116 gekauft und nichts... null anlösen und Klebekraft ist mäßig - ich konnte nur beobachten, dass mein PLA danach super brüchig wurde - muss das aber noch mal testen.

    Hast du auch 116 verwendet - oder die eher gängige Variante: Acrifix 192?

    In anderen Foren hatte ich von wahnsinnig guten Erfolgen mit Acrifix 116 gelesen und nur mäßigen mit UHU.

    Wie groß waren deine Klebeflächen beim testen?

    Glatte Oberflächen? -> Vorher bearbeitet?

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface.
