Using the maximum biuld area

Hi, I need to print a model that is 198 x 198 x 12 mm but the machine is scaling it down to 195 x 195 x 11.8mm.

I have an Ultimaker 2 Extended+ and the build area should be: 230 x 230 x 305 mm

I believe the problem is with the firs layer or the adhesion type but can't seem to change its setting.

I need to print using ABS.

Any suggestions?

Cut down the brim so it fits. Cura doesn't warn if the source of the issue is the object or the options.

As @neotko says, if you cut down on the brim to 3mm a 198x198x12mm object it fits fine:
