How do I set the pause time on pause at height plug in?

I am trying to insert and capture steel nuts in my part. I used the pause at height plug in which works but the pause is only for a moment. Where can I set the time of the pause? Thanks for any information you can give me.

It should pause until you instruct your printer to continue (on the controller of your printer). There is no "pause time". What printer do you use?

could it be that he means the time that the steppers of the bed are blocked?

At least that is something that bothers me....

If you do something with the model, the bed suddenly moves down (if your bearings are real smooth..) and there is no way to continue at the right spot.
