Can´t print anymore - only restarting

With the latest firmware update my UM3 is going crazy. Every time when I want to start a print job (WiFi/USB) the printer is going to start himself again and thats all. So I can´t print anymore because this issue. With the original firmware the printer was running well.

Any thoughts about this issue? Is it possible to downgrade the UM3?

Try to do a factory reset? Ofc you will lost x/y/z settings (not sure)

Downgrade should be possible if someone passes you an old firmware with thr signature file also.

Sorry, I have already set the printer to factory defaults. The printer shows no response to it.

Every time he goes off and starts again.

Since is s a new printer I think is time to contact the reseller so they check it.
