Loud noise

Loud noise from the wheel of the material friction with the Spool holder when pulling material

do you have any idea how to void it?

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean as the filament spool rotates it makes a noise? I always put my filament on the floor so I'm not sure why it would make a loud noise.
