Prusa MK2 starting location bug

I have been trying to print one file I have and when the print starts it prints off the left side of the bed. I have done may prints through Cura for my Prusa I3 MK2 but this one just keeps trying to print off the side of the bed. I have tried to relocate it in Pronterface but that doesn't seem to help.

If anyone can help me with this issue I would appreciate it.

The reason I am using this instead of Slic3r Prusa Edition is because the supports in Crua work better for my setup.

cura 2.X or cura 15.X? What version cura are we talking about. And which side is it printing towards - the right side?
