Ultimaker 3 Extended Reboot at XY offset and print trial

Hi,

We've just bought and received an Ultimaker 3 Extended. Out of the box we tried to make a calibration XY offset. The first steps of the setup are almost ok, we are able to load one material, the second nfc is not detected but we manually override it.

When we try to calibrate the printer shut off and reboot! It happens the same when we launch a print! For a box a 4000€ printer! :(

Where could the problem come from??

I would update the firmware. Maybe yours has an older version. Afaik they solved that issues.

Have you tried a factory reset?

What firmware are you running?

Is this happening during prints, or just the XY calibration?

Hi,

Did anyone figure out the solutin to this . I am facing the same issue. The printer restarts when I try to XY calibrate.

It would be great if the ultimaker teams responds .

What @fbrc8-erin and @neotko have been suggesting are the right steps.

1. Check your current firmware.

2. Update to the latest stable.

If the problem then still persists. we'd like to receive the log files.
