Ultimaker3 firmware update problem in proxy-connected network

Hi,

in an environment where web access goes through a proxy the default Ultimaker3 firmware download method fails. Is there an alternative method to do a firmware update?

Well, you need a way to download the files somehow... but after that you can use the firmware update via USB like described in the manual.
