Cura Not Responding

Hi. I just had a question. I have downloaded the latest version of Cura and about one out of ten times it works for a split second then freezes. The other nine times it doesnt even respond. Could this be a software issue or do i need to get my PC checked? Any help is appreciated.

I am having the exact same problem. I have a brand new MSI gaming computer. I've tried 3.6, 3.51, 4.0. All of them do not respond. they will open the first time after install, then shortly freeze as soon as I try to do anything. Anyone have a suggestion?

I am having the same problem as well. Cura does open and just be in not responding state, is this a software issue?

This was the solution for me thank you I resized my screen when looking at an STL file, and it just got stuck in a sizable loop, guess

What was the solution?  I don't see any solutions.
