How to fix the feeder

Today I had a problem with the filament for my Printcore 1 (Ultimaker 3) being stuck. I tried to follow tips on the internet to fix that but I could not even remove the bowden tube: even after removing the clips it stayed too much stuck in the hole.

In the end I decided to take a look in the feeder and removed the plate. I found the problem there of the stuck filament and was able to fix it, but while doing that the tension spring 'jumped' out of the feeder and now I am not quite sure how to re-assemble everything. I don't think I have even recovered all the pieces that jumped out :(.

Is there any documentation on the mechanical setup of the feeder?

Did you press the collar, before/while pulling the bowden tube out? Removing the clips is not enough.
