Site's drop-down menus not accessible with mouse pointer?

This is probably my own fault, but I cannot seem to access the site's top menus at all. Whenever I hover over a menu item, it gives me a drop-down list. However, as soon as I move my mouse away from the original link at the top, the drop-down list disappears.

Any way to fix this?

Running Windows 10 - Chrome - Latest updates

2560x1440 resolution.

I suffer from the same bug sometimes, usually, it happens once or twice before the menu decides not to disappear anymore, and stays.
