At this time, Palette would work with the Ultimaker 3 if it is modified to accept 1.75 mm filament.

Also, please note that although the Ultimaker 3 is a dual extrusion print head,

Palette will only print using the primary print head.

That was the response from Pallete makers on my email regarding possibility of conecting my Ultimaker 3

to their device.
