The power brick that comes with all Ultimaker printers can handle 120V or 240V. Just like most modern laptop power supplies.

Well, the Ultimakers are DC driven machines. You can always improvise your way around getting that DC depending on your specific constraints.
The UM3s come with a Mean Well GST220A24-R7B (as far as I know).

The Ultimaker machines actually operate at 24V DC (the UMO ran 19V DC), so you just have to find another way of feeding that to the machine (assuming the separate PSU that comes with the printer won't work under your conditions special)
