Ultimaker 3 Filament detection wrong and to near to Headbed at Prints - but only on one side..!!!

Hi,

My Ultimaker 3 Extendend does not recognize the enclosed (chipped) filament rolls.

At least PLA I have tried and now as good as consumed.

The holder I have contacted, filament coil threaded and through this arm with the feedthrough for the filaments - but so it always came to jam during the transport - simply also the axis with the recognition cable works

It so far. Is there exactly for mounting / troubleshooting videos or more accurate documentation? Actually, it just fits so, but work is different ...

The other is that the nozzle "roughes" over the printing part. I do a scan before every print and still pulls you with partly in the ears aching noise over the printing parts. The distance is in my opinion much too small! Also on the pressure bed you can see that! I have printed a round part. He prints a half, the second half prints it after the 2nd or 3rd layer - before the distance is too low, so that no material can get out in the area ...

Interestingly with the same component 2 times printed, the first time the distance was left too small, the second time right?!?

I hope you can help me and give tips?!?

Best regards

Digibike
