You should contact your printer reseller to ask for a spare bearing. When you say "Y axis linear bearing", do you mean the one inside the print head or one of the brass "bearings" in the sliding blocks?
Either way, I wonder what happened to the printhead. Did it get stuck and extruded filament in one place? If that's the case, the small silicone rubber piece at the nozzle tip should have prevented it. Check that one too and replace it.
