are you printing with a sd card on the ulticontroller or direct usb connection ?
if thats USB maybe the cable is just too long ?
if its sd card, im not sure what the error message could mean, but did you try putting your fingers on the motors after a half an hour ? if they are super hot, they might be getting too much voltage and this will shut down the shop aswell.
I've had similar problems printing through USB so I don't do it anymore. I only use the Ulticontroller. I think the arduino might be sensitive to electrical noise. Or there is some bug.
