Leaking Olsson extruder on top of block

Posted · Leaking Olsson extruder on top of block

I've printed with this Ultimaker 2+ for about a week and I have oozing filament coming from the top of the block and it's slowly burning and leaking down to the nozzle and then into my prints. Using PLA and PETG clear. This is right out of the box. How do I tighten this top connection? I'm positive it's leaking from the top and not the nozzle.

    Hi,

    Is it a new printer or used? Maybe the olsson block has a problem or the steel coupler needs to be more tightened?

    If the printer is new it should fall into warranty (assuming you have it for 1 week)
