I had it working the yesterday but not my E1 interface is not working, I have tried this motor on the Z axis interface and it works fine. Any idea why this is not working I've only had this a week and its my first time with a 3D printer should i get a new mother board?

There is a feature that keeps the extruders from moving unless the nozzle is above 170C.  So either heat up the nozzle, or issue a M302 which will allow cold extrusions (until the next power cycle).
