missing top navigation bar

Hi,

 

After installing I'm missing my navigation bar (see attached screenshots):

I even have to click a few millimeters below e.g. a checkbox so I guess there is something wrong with a driver or Java?

This is a known issue between Qt and a specific series of Intel GPU drivers. You need to update or downgrade your GPU driver. See https://github.com/ultimaker/cura/issues/2068
