Build plate leveling: z level changes

Hi,

I just assembled my new Ultimaker Original +.

Today I installed Cura and tried to perform the Build plate leveling.

There I get a problem: the head goes to the front left position, I calibrate the position with a piece of paper. The display of the controller tells me that the z position is 3 mm here.

So far so good.

But then the head goes to the front right position and changes the z position to 6 mm. Therefore I can`t adjust the level at this position because the plate is too low :-(

I can`t reach the distance 0.1 mm with the spring.

 

I hope someone can help me
